buyer now wants me to post rather than him collecting
Hi. I listed an item as collection only. The buyer has paid for the item but wants me now to send by post. Hoe do I go about sending it to him and charging him for this? At the moment I have a QR code for him collecting.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf you don't mind posting it cancel/refund the transaction with the buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list) and relist with postage for them to buy and pay again.
If you prefer not to post it cancel and relist for someone else to buy and collect. You can put the first buyer's ID on your blocked bidder list.
