Buyer not wanting to buy after auction ends
I have a buyer for a iPhone 17 pro max that outbid another buyer on the last days of the auction but when the auction ended he said he doesn’t want to buy it anymore what do I do

Mentor10 months agoThis is very frustrating , but you cannot make the buyer pay.
You have 2 choices.
Cancel the order now, citing Buyer Requests to Cancel, this then does not impact your seller performance, and you can relist the item.
Or, wait a full 4 days, then cancel the order citing Buyer Had Not Paid, this gives them an unpaid item strike on their account. If they gain another, they cannot buy from the majority of sellers for a full 12 months, serious matter not paying for items!
Whatever you choose to do, block this nuisance buyer from returning and messing you about with your sales.
