Buyer not received item
I sent via I post at buyers request. I have tracking and it says the item was delivered.
The buyer has opened a case saying item not received. I have messaged them and have no reason to doubt them.
eBay is asking me to respond.
What should I do? Refund them?
Only £10 value but the courier is at fault, not me.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf tracking is showing as delivered simply respond to the eBay item not received case with 'Tracking number XXXX shows that the order was delivered on <date>. That's all the info you need to supply here.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf the tracking on ebay is showing as delivered the buyer won't win the case. Ask them to ask their neighbours in case one of them has it by mistake.

No point having tracked delivery and then refunding.
