Buyer not rec parcel
Im new to this & ive just had an email from a buyer saying they didnt receive their order. Ive got tge tracking details & it shows it on their doorstep. What do i do now as it looks as if someone has taken it.

Mentor4 months agoYour buyer should open an eBay item. not received claim, and you respond with 'tracking number XYZ shows that the item was delivered on the (date)'.
If it was sent with an eBay Simple Delivery label then eBay will need to make any refund due.
