Buyer not collected from my home
I posted two items of furniture on a buyer collects basis and they ‘sold’ almost immediately, however a week later, having given all requested info on my address, I have not heard back as to when he will come for the items.
Since they are ‘sold’ they are no longer advertised and I need the space imminently.
Advice please!

Mentor4 months agoSend the buyer a polite message to explain if you do not hear from them in ** days, you deem the item to be unwanted, and will be cancelling the order.
If there's still no communication, cancel the order citing, ' Buyer Requests to Cancel.'
You can then relist the item, and block this buyer from returning to your sales too.
