Buyer not collected after 3 months,so I refunded them there not happy and want the items
I had I buyer how did not collect items after 3 months,I refunded them ,they are not happy and want the items ,and getting aggressive.How do I block them

Mentor4 months agoGo here https://www.ebay.co.uk/bmgt/buyerrequirements then under Buyer Rules tick 'Don't allow blocked buyers to contact me' and add their username to the list under 'Manage Blocked Buyers'
