Hi. I have received a negative feedback from the buyer and I think it was left by mistake as the feedback is "nice" but it's under negative reviews. Is it possible to remove it by Ebay please? I have send a revision request to the buyer but nothing happened. Then I tried to contact ebay and it's not possible. Also tried to click on "request to remove feedback" but when I click on it, it says looks like you don't have any negative or neutral feedback in the selected time period (the feedback was left around month ago and I have tried last 30 days, then last 60 days and then last 90 days and it still shows as no negative feedback). The feedback is still visible on my profile and instead of 100% positive feedback I have around 94% because of that one feedback. Thank you

Mentor2 months agoYou could contact Customer Services but I warn you now that it's usually a chat bot who answers and you need a real human here to remove that damaging feedback reducing your % score.
All I can suggest is using the link below, and use a mobile phone / browser / app, or if Mr. bot appears keep entering I wish to speak to an agent , over and over, that sometimes works.
Try tomorrow at 8 a.m. as there's a chance of Dublin answering, here's the link for CS
