Buyer is ignoring messages to collect item

Hi everyone

I am a new seller and navigating the site is proving quite difficult.

I have actually sold a green house and although the seller pressed the ‘post’ button he requested a collection. So I gave back the postage. Obviously posting a green house is an issue and I had said it needed to be collected.

He is now ignoring my messages asking when he will be collecting, my last message was 19th September.

Please advise as I’m flummoxed as to what to do….

Why did you have a post option on something you clearly can't post?

You should not allow collection for anything where the buyer has not chosen a collection option on the listing as they won't get that all important collection code to give you.

Given their failure to communicate I suggest you cancel using 'problem with buyers address' as the reason.
