Buyer is claiming I sent wrong item

I sold an item 2 weeks ago on ebay, 5 days after delivery buyer is claiming I sent a spider man toy (which i have never seen in my life) instead of the items sold. I obviously do not want this item returned to me, and do not want to refund as i packaged and delivered the items correctly (£600 was the total, compared to spider-man toy barley worth a fiver).
I’ve tried contacting ebay support who are telling me to pay for a returns label, I’m just wondering what the best actions to take here are as I am clearly being scammed. Anyone had similar or get any advice what to do?

Mentor2 months agoYou have very little choice, you either supply a return label or buyer escalates to ebay who will just refund at your expense.
I am assuming that buyer has opened a not as described case, where procedure is set and has to be followed.
