buyer is claiming he hasnt had the item but parcellink shows it delivered with gps and photo.
its also been signed for. i paid for insurance on the postage to cover it fully. unfortunetly cannot locate that slip right now but im not sure what to do, hes opened a case with Evri so it doesnt seem like i can do anything with them at the moment.
what should i do?

Mentor4 months agoYou do need to find that slip if you used Custom Postage and not Simple delivery, as it's essential to add the tracking number for that item into the case details.
Tracking showing it was delivered will close the case in your favour, no need to refund.

OP4 months agoi did, i did it via ebay app which generated the evri sticker via a qr code. ebay added the tracking automatically ect. i just paid extra to insure the parcel while i was there. the tracking info is in the case already.
