Buyer has requested a return and substituted another item in their return request | Member To Member Support

I sold some PC RAM, not something I usually sell. The buyer has opened a return request to say they have not received the item in the listing. This is untrue, I have only ever sold two sticks of RAM and these are the two from the listing that I sent to the buyer. They have substituted one for an inferior product that looks very similar to claim a refund. I have reported the buyer and also given them the option to retract their return in case they have made an honest mistake. Is there anything else I should do? I've sold for over 15 years and strive for customer satisfaction, this has really upset me as it is a blatant scam.
