Hi a buyer has opened a item not working return but has sent message on eBay stating that the return is because a disc was supposedly missing trying to get hold of eBay on live chat but can't does anyone know to contact them Thanks

To be fair a case opened for item not working / faulty, and one for item missing is one and the same thing, it 's a case for item not as described. No need to contact CS.

You need to fully refund or send a tracked return postage label, if you want your item returned first, within 3 days then your seller performance is not affected.
