Buyer has messaged to say he's still got an old address on his account
Hi
Should I trust when someone has messaged through ebay to say they have a new address. Just about to post the item.

Mentor6 months agoYou are only covered by eBay if posting tracked to address supplied when buyers pay.
If you post to address given in message it is at your risk.
Better to cancel, problem with address, then relist so buyer can buy again and add correct address at checkout.
