Buyer has items in his basket but can't find how to request total from me.
Buyer (in New Zealand) has put 3 items in his basket, but cannot find a way to request a total from me.
Any suggestions.

Mentor6 months agoeBay sometimes omits NZ from their list of countries for some unknown reason. You could try putting their ID on your exemption list to lift any blocks:

Or if it's the combining that's the only problem if the buyer tells you which items they want you could revise one listing to include the other two.
