Buyer has collected item and paid cash but I cannot update the item as sold and paid
Buyer has been and collected item as was local to me he has also paid - i cannot update my item!

Mentor3 months agoWould just say, if it came to cancelling, it would not refund buyer as he has not paid in ebay’s eyes.

Mentor3 months agoeBay have actually banned cash on collection. Sellers are supposed to get payment online via ebay and the buyer gives them the collection code they receive to prove they have the item.
Nothing you can do now. If it gets annoying for the buyer all you could do is cancel the transaction.
