Buyer has collected but item has been marked as dispatched
Buyer paid, I dispatched with a postage label then buyer decided to collect. I cancelled and refunded postage and buyer collected. I can't see how to mark as collected, how do I do that?

Mentor5 months agoIf you cancelled the order, this refunds the buyer and you needed to relist the item as collection only, then the buyer buys and pays again, and importantly, receives that collection code to give to you on collection, for you to scan.
This is the only way to prove a collection item was, collected.
Did the above not happen?
