Buyer has collected an item in person
Hello,
A buyer has collected an item in person but I can't find an option to say that he has. I can only see print postage and mark as dispatched.
The buyer cannot find a collection code either.
Any ideas what to do?

Mentor2 weeks agoThey will only have a collection code if you offered collection in person as part of the listing. If not you need to print that label and claim it back (assuming it was seller pays) if it wasn't then the buyer will be automatically be refunded at some point.
If the item was offered with collection in person then the buyer would have received that code to their personnel email eg yahoo, gmail etc.
