Buyer has changed their mind and wants to keep item
A buyer has purchased a trading card. They initially raised a returns/refund request but after speaking with the buyer they have agreed to keep the item. Is there a way to cancel the refund request?

Mentor2 months agoIf your buyer goes to their return request details and scrolls down to the bottom there'll be a 'close this request' button there.
