Buyer happy but eBay says not delivered
Buyer has recieved item but eBay shows as despatched and not delivered, buyer states it has been delivered, what’s my next step ?

Mentor2 weeks agoThere's nothing you or the buyer can do. If the tracking doesn't update the payment may be held for 14 days but you will get it after that.

Mentor2 weeks agoeBay's tracking is often slow to update, but it will do.
If it's taking too long and delaying your payment , if you wish, you can contact CS, give them the date and tracking showing delivery , and ask if your payout can be released accordingly.
It's not easy to contact an agent but go top of any eBay page click on Help & Contact to bring you to.... ' How Can We Help You ....' and keep typing in.... Speak to an agent.
