Buyer fraud
Customer bought 2 bags.
Asked to return 1.
I said the listing was for 2 send both back.
She returned one which was different from the one sent.
Then opened a return and got refunded for both.
She still has 1 of them for sale on eBay.
eBay did nothing about it.

Mentor1 month agoeBay's money back guarantee could have been written to assist dishonest buyers. I take it that you have explored any possibility to appeal eBay's decision?
Otherwise, all you can do is to report this buyer for alleged abuse of the money back guarantee. This won't help you, but if enough sellers report them for the same thing eBay will eventually restrict them from making further claims.
