Hello, I've been trying to upload a declaration for the past 24 hours, but keep receiving an error message: "Oops, we're having technical issues, please try later!"
Could someone assist me since my online skills are very basic?

Also, my item was delivered to the wrong address. The couriers admitted they 'lost' the package and advised the seller to contact them for reimbursement. I sent this information to eBay, who instructed us to print, sign, photograph, and upload an eBay declaration. Despite trying to upload it for the last 24 hours, I keep encountering the same error message. Now I'm being told the case is closed with no appeal!
Can anyone help? I'm in my eighties with limited computer skills.
