Buyer doesn't confirm the order delivery
The buyer received the order more than 2 weeks ago because I have proof, even with pictures, from the delivery company and he does not confirm that the order has reached him.
What can i do ?

Mentor10 months agoPictures of proof do not count. You have to have tracking that shows delivery.
If you do, then if the buyer opens a case for item not received, enter those numbers into the case details, and it will close in your favour.
If tracking does not prove delivery, and you used a Simple Delivery label, once a case is opened, eBay deal with it, they refund the buyer, and you get to keep the payout.
