Buyer does a request to return case providing different photographs
Sent a mint condition toy almost a month ago now the buyer has sent a return request just before the 30 days saying not as described with photographs of a marked item that is clearly not mine abusing the returns policy
I have reported her but it still seems that I have to accept the return pay for the postage and receive some dirty piece of rubbish back!
This does not seem fair

Mentor3 weeks agoEbay's policies ars not fair to sellers.
If the buyer returns an item that is not yours you can report them. The buyer is probably doing a switcheroo with their old toy.
