Buyer didn't receive my gooda. Ebay issued refund but how do I get a refund from Evri?

I sent a Tee shirt with Evri but the item was apparently lost and Ebay issued a refund. I was a bit miffed that I didn't find this out until the refund had been given, although Evri still have it marked as ready for delivery. It does seem that the item is lost, so how do I make a claim against Evri for the cost of goods lost?

Ebay refunded buyer, you keep your money.

So you have not lost anything, no claim to be made.
