buyer did not pay for item
I am a private seller who sold a high-value camera on eBay UK.
The item was a RED DRAGON EPIC-X 6K Movie Camera – Complete Kit .
After I shipped the item from overseas, the parcel was delayed by UK customs. Because of the delay, eBay issued the buyer a full refund. This refund was given before the parcel was released from customs.
Shortly afterward, HM Customs cleared the parcel and it was delivered to the buyer by Royal Mail. The buyer received the package and signed for the delivery, which is confirmed by Royal Mail tracking and signature proof.
Despite receiving the item after receiving a full refund, the buyer has refused to:
return the item
make payment for the item
respond to any messages through eBay
As a result, the buyer currently possesses both the high-value camera and the full refund
Because of the long delay in customes eBay refunded the buyer according to '' item not recieved" procedure.
My apeal was declined.
