Buyer did not collect the order

Question

I sent an order to buyer who failed to recieve for 3 times and now kept with royal mail for collection . Still not collected though. What will happen after that? Thanks

If item is returned to you, suggest only making a partial refund otherwise you will be out of pocket for postage.

There should be a suitable reason for a partial refund, and seller cannot claim not received to get a full refund, as far as ebay are concerned attempted delivery was good enough.

If you have tracking to the Click and Collect point showing successful delivery to that point, any case for item not received will be in your favour, no need for refunds.

If by chance the item is returned to you, you can cancel the order citing Problem with Buyer's Address, or Buyer requests to Cancel, as they did fail to pick up the item several times, this refunds the buyer and your seller performance is not affected.
