Firstly, Happy new year everyone! Another first for me, I have an item that been returned as the buyer did not collect from their chosen Argos collection point in time. (No message from them and is a brand new account) How do I stand in regards to refunding postage, (they also paid for a faster delivery). I have no issue refunding the item cost but am I also forced to refund the postage costs, even though I fulfilled my end?Is there any seller protection on this? Usual caveats on negative feedback etc! I've tried looking it up, but get mixed messages! Thanks,Josh
