Buyer complained item not received after 46 days
How do you respond to a chalenge of a buyer complaining that their order has not been received after more than 30 days? Posted via Royal Mail issued by Ebay. Are they still entitled to refund? Many thanks.

Mentor3 weeks agoOkay, so the situation is your buyer can't open and escalate an eBay claim if its now 30 days past the latest estimated delivery date showing on their order.
They can initiate a chargeback via their card provider though, this will result in them getting a refund and you being hit with a £16 eBay admin fee.
What's the value of the item?
