Mentor3 weeks agoIn other sords, if buyer opened a not received case, you would end up having to refund!
Correct way although a nuisance is to cancel original sale and relist as collection. That then gives you proof of delivery.

If so, and the buyer paid for the Simple Delivery postage label they'll receive a refund for it within 30 days.
A bigger issue here is that you didn't have collection in person as on option on that listing, which the buyer would have selected at eBay checkout if they were collecting. This then generates a collection code that they would have given you when they came to collect, this is proof that they have their item, which you now don't have.
