I've sold items which the buyer is collecting in person, so I don't need to apply tracking, but can't withdraw payout. Any help appreciated

Mentor9 months agoBecause you are a new seller with no track record, the star ratings only appear after you have 10 feedback for selling.
As a new seller money may be held, so read about holds see below.
If your buyer is collecting they must give younthe code ebay would have sent tonthem, as you need it to prove delivery.
