Buyer collected and didn't use postage although paid for it
I sold a delicate item which included postage. The buyer paid for it but then chose to collect it in person so it didn't risk damage and would be there before Xmas. How do I let ebay know it has been collected and can I trigger a postage refund for the buyer? I'm getting messages saying despatch is overdue even though it has been collected.

Mentor7 months agoOpen the original postage label and that will mark the item as dispatched. Payment will probably be held for 14 days. The label will remain unused and the cost automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days.
