Buyer claims parcel wasn't delivered?
I've had a message from the buyer saying the tracking for their item claims the package was delivered, but its not arrived. When I tried to follow ebay's pages for help, it said they will help the buyer and since I've messaged them, ive done all I can? I don't see what else I can do.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf tracking shows as delivered, ebay support you and close any item not received case.

OP2 weeks agoYou mean ebay will support the buyer and they dont need to contact me?

Mentor2 weeks agoThey will handle the case, you don't need to do anything. If a refund is due ebay will pay it, but they won't if tracking shows delivery.

OP2 weeks agoAccording to the buyer, the tracking says delivered so I guess I'm screwed?!

Mentor2 weeks agoAs I said, if tracking shows delivered, you do not refund, let ebay deal with it.
This is a common occurrence, but no point have proof of delivery if not believed or we would all claim not received.

Mentor2 weeks agoYou're not screwed and as been explained if this was a Simple Delivery transaction, has the buyer opened a case for item not received? Then, eBay will refund the buyer and you get to keep the payout for the item.
