Buyer claims items damaged
My sister has recently started selling on ebay. She sent 2 pair of sandals and the buyer claims both are unwearable and damaged. I have had a quick look at the listing and the pics buyer sent after requesting them, I believe ai has been used to show damage to both pairs so I told her to request a return via ebay. Buyer hasn't responded in 3 days since she messaged originally. Have I told her to do the right thing?

Mentor3 days agoIf she does open a return she would almost certainly get a full refund. Probably best to have said nothing but as said, she may just leave it if she can't be bothered to send them back.
