Buyer changed mind but doesn’t want refund
Hi, buyer bought an item from me for less than £10. It was collect in person but wanted it shipped . Looked into it and cost but unfortunately Wilson’s working for him. He said he no longer wants the item and that he wants me to keep the money for the trouble and the assistance I gave. Used simple delivery but he doesn’t want to cancel the order otherwise he gets the refund. What to do?

Mentor1 month agoYou can do nothing and ebay will treat it as collected without using the collection code. So if the payment is on hold it will released to you in 14 days.
