Buyer changed mind and wants item to be posted, not collection in person
I offered both free postage and collect in person on an item. The buyer has selected collection in person, but has now contacted me and asked me to post the item. I have no objection to doing this (we live in completely different areas of the country anyway), but I don't know what I need to do. Could someone help please.

Mentor6 months agoThe best way would be to cancel the order, with the buyer's permission and relisting with a postage only option.
Explain this to the buyer once they accept, cancel the order citing .... Buyer Requests to cancel'.
This fully refunds the buyer and your seller performance is not affected.
Relist the item for the buyer to buy and pay again.
