Buyer changed mind again and again
Hi everyone,
I need some advice, please.
A buyer purchased my item yesterday. Today, after I had already paid for the postage, they requested to cancel the purchase. I accepted their cancellation request and cancelled the postage label.
As a courtesy, I also messaged the buyer to let them know the label was cancelled. They replied apologising for the inconvenience — but about 10 minutes later, they messaged again saying they actually still want the item. At this point I have submitted the refund request of my postage cost as well.
I’m unsure what’s best to do now.
Should I:
Relist the item and ask them to buy it again?
Or can/should I somehow reinstate the original order?
Also, will I lose out on postage costs or seller fees in this situation?
Thanks in advance for any advice or experience with this kind of
buyer flip-flop!

Mentor11 months agoYou can't reinstate the order now that it's been cancelled.
Personally, I'd explain that you can't do this and would block that buyer (link below) - do you really want to deal with somebody that fickle again?
