Buyer change mind not read description properly
As a seller I described the item clearly and honestly and the buyer after buying changes there mind. Because they haven't read the description properly and I've already posted the order can they demand a refund and return

Mentor1 month agoAnnoying but what ever you do remember, buyers can leave feedback, and if you refuse a return, which buyer would have to pay the return postage, buyer could leave negative and so long as nothing out of place was said, you would have difficulty in getting it removed.

Mentor1 month agoIt depends what case buyer opens, if it is not as described, you issue returns label and refund in full on return.
No point arguing as ebay always believe buyers claims.
If they open change of mind return, you can refuse it.
Best to wait until buyer decides what to do.
