Buyer cant seem to buy my item
My buyer cant seem to buy my item he says it says its sold when it isn't. Then when i tried agin with him he got a message saying the the seller only allows one item to be sold every 10 days. i trust this buyer he has bought one item with me and wants to buy another . can anyone help please.

"Block buyers who are currently winning or have bought ... items in the last 10 days"
