Buyer cant collet item after paying
The buyer can’t collect after purchasing batteries from myself, the add clearly states collection only as it was large battery, will I get charged if I refund him, as that what it looks look if I go down that route? I’m not very well versed with selling and just want to resolve so no one looses out, please help as I’m going nuts trying to figure it all out TIA

Mentor4 months agoYou can issue a cancellation via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders page. Either use the reason buyer asked to cancel, or if there's a possibility they won't agree to that use "Issue with buyer's address", ie. too far away to collect. That does not need agreement. The refund will be issued in the process. There is no charge for you.
