Discussion interactions are currently paused.
Buyer cannot pay - cannot post to PO Box
Buyer gets message Cannot pay as seller does not allow shipping to a PO Box.
I have spoken to ebay and they cannot figure out why this is happening.
They checked my settings and I have NOT excluded PO Boxes.
They said they have escalated this issue, but at present I cannot contact them via chat of phone.
Does anyone have an answer for me please?

Mentor1 month agoI have just looked at a couple if your items and see you only quote shipping cost to the UK., so while the “seller does not post to PO box” may be wrong a buyer would not be able to pay without shipping cost being available

OP1 month agoSorry, don't understand. I was forced to use ebay simple delivery, thought that would take care of all. :)

Mentor1 month agoNot sure if this is the answer, but there is an intermittent bug to do with addresses.
eBay say a delivery address must not exceed 39 characters including spaces on any line. Even if your address doesn't exceed that try shifting the format around, such as moving just the road name to the second line, then save as a "new address".
Pass this message onto the buyer see if they can ' rearrange ' their delivery address as above, that may help.
