Buyer cancelled payment
Buyer made an offer that I accepted. I paid buyer protection fee and postage fee. she then emailed to tell me it was a mistake and stopped payment at her bank. I am happy to relist but I want my expenses paying. What do I do?

Buyers pay Buyer Protection Fees not the seller if that's what you are referring to. If not, what are these expenses you've incurred?

Was this a Simple Delivery label, or one you bought from the PO or yourself online?
If an SD label and you had ' free postage' that is, you the seller paid for the label, you can receive a refund for the unused label this way:
