Buyer cancellation request
I recently sold an item but now the buyer wants to cancel the item and said her partner wanted a different colour. I haven’t dispatched it yet but I don’t want to cancel as it’s a good price. It’s going through authentication as it’s a shoe. Am I obliged to cancel or can I decline the request and still get my money and remove any bad reviews later on?

Otherwise buyer may make an excuse to return item at your expense.
