Buyer being very rude leaving detrimental feedback
I bought a Charlie Bear for my wife’s birthday .I ordered it on the 12th of August my wife’s birthday is the 30th .
Item arrived I checked her and I thought she was beautiful left positive feedback
My wife received the gift and upon sitting her up she said her head tilts to one side .
She thought about it and she really could not bond with her .
We checked the prices and decided to sell her on as the buyer has a no returns policy .
After seeing my listing I received a lot of abuse from the seller .
She put really insulting feedback for me .
My wife said to me ok she does not want us to sell her ,we will send her back
We packaged her up sent her back the buyer received her then contested the return
What happens now please ?
