Buyer asking for full refund
I sold a handbag four months ago and got very positive feedback at the time I cannot now find the listing but I am certain that I highlighted a small fault in the zip minor fault which did not impact the use or aesthetic of the bag yesterday I was contacted by the buyer demanding a full refund. She says that she had the bag in storage and she has now discovered a defect and she cannot use the bath I am not sure what I should do. She wants a full refund including postage. I really don’t like conflict with buyers but this does not seem reasonable.

Mentor10 months agoShe can politely ask, but you can politely refuse, as she is way out of time to claim with eBay's 30 day MBG policy.
She may be in time to claim with her payment provider, but they do not offer refunds readily, and using a handbag for 4 months ( only her word it's been in storage) would I'm sure go against any refund being made there.
If you are sure you mentioned this fault in your description although sold items and descriptions for sellers disappear after 90 days, her purchase history is there for 7 years, so you could direct her back to that description.
