I've sold a selection of bits as a single lot. The buyer has not paid and is now asking to only take certain items (for the original price) and wants more photos of the items they want. My take is that this is not on; the stuff was sold as a lot, for a single price; they should not be negotiating what they want at this point (regardless of what they have paid) and the only reason to ask for more photos is to decide whether they really do want the items. They are also based in HK, though assure me that they will be shipping to a UK address (I used simple delivery and don't know if that automatically excludes international sales).I can envisage this sale going badly already.My query is; should I report them?Thanks
