Buyer asked to cancel but I was not able to respond in time

I sold a bag but buyer then asked to cancel the order. I did not see the request in 3 days and once I did was not able to accept the cancelation and now it does not let me cancel.

How can I cancel past the 3 days?

After 4 days you can cancel for non payment, but I am also sure you have the option to cancel using reason “buyers request”.
