Buyer
This is an update on my previous message. The buyer has told eBay that she is returning the item as it's not as described and is a size 12/14/16 and not a size 22 as I stated. Firstly description, she took a photo of the folded jacket saying it's not the same as the picture I had put up, this is because I had to fold it to package it. I wasn't able to package the jacket as seen in my picture with the arms out! That would have been impossible to package. Secondly the size. I had put 22 as that's the size I am. I bought it size 22 and it fitted me.

Mentor10 months agoYou would be surprised how many DO refund before receiving the item back! Obviously they don't see their itm again. Yes, if she doesn't return it, she doesn't get a refund.

Mentor10 months agoIf she has opened a "Not as Described" case you have no choice but to accept it, and provide a return label. If you refuse she will be able to escalate to ebay and they will almost certainly agree with the buyer and will refund them meaning you will lose the money and the item.
Ebay never know who is right or wrong so they will usually agree with the buyer.
Edit: I've just noticed you have "Returns accepted, buyer pays postage" so hopefully she will only open a straight return and will buy her own postage label.

OP10 months agoThank you for your reply. EBay told me she will return the jacket by 2nd October with a tracking number. If she doesn't return it by then, I will not have to refund her. I was also told by eBay that if I pay the refund before she returns the jacket, then she doesn't have to return it; I'm not stupid!
Within the parcel I had put the invoice and return slip as given to me from EVRI.
