Buy multiple offers from one seller together
I'm trying to buy multiple offers from one seller but I can't unless I buy singly and then have to pay full postage each item.
If I put items in my basket it puts them in at full price not offer price!
Any ideas?

Mentor2 weeks agoIt's complicated to do - ebay never make things simple - but it can be done. If you accept the offer on the first one then carry on as if you're going to pay for just that one, you'll see it in your basket at the offer price. But instead of paying, you need to effectively abandon your basket by clicking onto My Ebay or some other page to leave the payment process. That leaves the item in your basket but at the offer price. Then you can go to accept the offer on the next item and follow the same process. Repeat for all the items with offers and only complete payment once you've got the last one into the basket.
This method was still working last time I had to use it a couple of weeks ago.

OP2 weeks agoHi John, thanks for replying. Seller says eBay control all postage now and he can't do anything!

Mentor2 weeks agoWhilst placing items in a basket does combine postage for like items, I don't believe it works on multiple items which are on offer.
The seller is being a little unhelpful here, or perhaps they do not know how to refund excess postage or the excess paid when their offer has not been included, it's not a straightforward process if they haven't done it before.
How much is in question if the offer is not applied? This can be made as a partial refund.
A refund is sent to whoever paid for the unused SD labels this way :
If you selected 'Buyer pays’ when you created the listing, your buyer will automatically be refunded for any Simple Delivery label that isn’t used after 30 days
If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling.
