Buy it now option / Nectar points

Hello.

Is there a way of contacting ebay to raise an issue with their buy it now option ?

What I don't like about this option is, I can't use my Nectar account to get nectar points when I make a purchase using buy it now.

I have lost out on hundreds of Nectar points due to this stupid system they have, on top of them taking away being able to spend my Nectar points on ebay.

Also, I don't like that I don't have the option to pay myself & that ebay automatically pay from my account.

You have to sign into ebay via Nectar to earn points.

I've just realised I have have put the completely wrong title in my post, it's about

'make me an offer '

not buy it now, what an numbty I am.

Unless you are logged into ebay via Nectar when paying, you won't get points.

If you make an offer with immediate payment if seller accepts, then I can see you may not get Nectar points.

TBH. I doubt ebay or Nectar will sort.
