I still can’t buy anything on eBay, the ‘assist’ is no use at all, I can’t speak to a human about it, I’ve had no messages from eBay about suspensions etc, I’m confused and annoyed, I don’t owe anything, I’m a good buyer , what is happening???!!! So frustrating EBay

Ebay are aware of it, but don't expect a quick fix.

If you look at a few more Buy It Now buttons on different listings are they also greyed out?

Mentor2 months agoAs has been said, it's hard to help without knowing exactly what message you receive when attempting to buy.
If eBay itself had imposed any restriction on your account, you would have been notified of this.
This suggests that it is the sellers themselves who are blocking you from bidding. The bid refusal would normally provide an explanation for this. This may not be personal to you, for example sellers can block bids from buyers who live outside the area within which they deliver, or who have received more than one unpaid item strike in the last year.
